GUIDO offers FREE SHIPPING INSIDE THE US! All deliveries are made through DHL Express & UPS. Regarding WORLDWIDE SHIPMENT, you can estimate the delivery cost by moving forward in the purchase process with no buying commitment. The tracking code will be send after your order is shipped to the email registered in the purchase.
GUIDO is not responsible for the possible customs charges or taxes at destination. Please, if you have any questions, contact your country's customs office as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Exchanges and Returns are accepted on items NOT WORN, ALTERED, WASHED OR DAMAGED within 7 days of the date you received the order.
Exchanges and returns in the US are FREE. International exchanges and returns will be charged. Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. Depending on your international courier, the rates will change. If you're ordering outside of the US, your order may be subject to customs and import duties. GUIDO is not responsible for the possible customs charges or taxes at destination. Once your return or exchange has been authorized, you will receive simple step-by-step instructions. Once the package is received at GUIDO, the product will be quality inspected for a store credit, exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.
Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for personalized products, made to measure or made to order products. All SALE items are NOT REFUNDS!
What happens if the product breaks down after the exchange and refund period is over?
We believe our products are made to last for many years. That is why, when possible, we offer a low cost maintenance service to enhance your product’s durability. This service is only available in Argentina and the costs (both delivery and service) are covered by the client. The service time is notify once we receive the product and has been sent to the factory. For any other questions, please contact email@example.com attached with a picture of the product.
Easy-to-follow exchange and return instructions are included in the following steps:
- Contact us either by email firstname.lastname@example.org or text us to our WhatsApp +54-9-11-36607869 with your purchase number.
- Indicate if you want to start a “Return” or “Exchange” process.
- Detail the product you will like to exchange together with article, color and size.
- Choose if you wish to start the process online or in our store in Argentina.
Online purchases cannot be returned or refunded on stores.
US and International orders can only be physically exchanged for the same product in a different color or size in our store in Argentina (Av. Presidente Quintana 333, Buenos Aires).
To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, GUIDO reserves the right to refuse return on any Product that do not meet the above return requirements in GUIDO's sole discretion.
Confirmation will be sent by email with instructions on how to return the item. Please pack the item in the original packaging.
Once received in the warehouse:
- Returns will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days and credited back to the original form of payment. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- Exchanges will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days to the same shipment address you have placed the original order. We will be contacting you if there is no stock available or we have any doubts on your exchange description.
